As a candidate eligible for the position ranging from Senior Manager to Vice President, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations within the regions specified, including Punjab & J&K, Delhi & NCR, UP, Bihar, AP/TS, South, Rajasthan / MPCG, ROM, Jharkhand, West Bengal, and Gujarat. Your main responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with agency partners, drive business growth with a focus on a healthy mix of products, and ensure a strong bottom line across various Lines of Business (LOBs) and Products. Furthermore, you will be in charge of coordinating and managing cross-functional projects involving key stakeholders from different departments such as Actuarial, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations to drive channels and provide support to locations for growth. Your role will specifically involve driving agency business for motor-related products. The key skills required for this position include excellent communication and collaboration abilities, as well as a strong sense of initiative to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously. Networking skills and expertise in channel management will be crucial, along with a proven track record in handling agency business and a knack for building and maintaining strong relationships. Additionally, possessing strong negotiation skills will be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
