Job Description

You will be joining Srisattva Group as a Zoho Implementation Executive in the IT/Technology/Software department. The company is a renowned player in Accounting & ERP Implementation, dedicated to providing innovative solutions to empower businesses. As part of the IT team, you will have the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies such as Zoho to drive transformative results for clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and integration of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications for clients. This includes configuring, customizing, and ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools. You will also be involved in customizing Zoho products based on client needs, setting up custom modules, fields, reports, dashboards, and providing technical solutions aligned with client requirements and business processes. Client interaction is a key aspect of the role, where you will engage with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional Zoho solutions. You will also provide training to end-users and offer continuous support and troubleshooting post-implementation. Additionally, you will perform testing and quality assurance to ensure all functionalities and integrations are working as expected. To excel in this position, you should have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Zoho applications, with a strong understanding of Zoho CRM features, customization, and automation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective client interaction, along with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address technical issues promptly. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred certifications include Zoho Certified Consultant (CRM, Books, or other Zoho products) and relevant certifications in cloud technologies or project management.
