Job Description
Job Title: YouTube Channel Manager Location - Jodhpur / Jaipur Role Overview: Lead and grow the YouTube channel with exclusive, authentic content on competitive exams. Responsibilities: Develop and manage a content calendar: Plan and schedule video topics. Create video content: Write scripts, film, edit, and ensure quality. Engage with the community: Interact in comments, respond to messages, and maintain relationships. Analyze performance: Use analytics tools for data-driven improvements. Collaborate: Partner with creators/influencers to cross-promote content. Skills & Qualifications: Strong writing and communication skills. Video production/editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro). Understanding of YouTube algorithms and optimization. Strategic thinking with multi-tasking and organizational skills. Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience (EdTech preferred). Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Work Details: Office-based role, 6 working days a week.
