Experience Level: Mid-Level to Senior About the Role Were looking for a passionate and trend-savvy Menswear Designer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the creative identity of a new-age mens fashion brand that blends effortless style with everyday function. Youll play a key role in developing collections that resonate with modern Indian consumers while reflecting global trends in design, fabric, and fit. Success in this role means building a cohesive, elevated menswear line that stands out in a crowded market and building a brand youd proudly wear yourself. What Youll Do Research current fashion trends, colors, silhouettes, and cultural moments to translate into original, relevant menswear concepts Design seasonal collections (including tees, shirts, trousers, co-ords, etc.) from concept to final spec sheets Collaborate with the founder, product team, and production to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with timelines Select fabrics, trims, and finishes that balance quality, style, and cost Create clear and detailed tech packs for sampling and production Oversee sampling and fittings, adjusting as needed for style and comfort Help develop the brands visual and aesthetic language through mood boards, lookbooks, and shoot styling What Were Looking For A strong eye for design, proportion, and storytelling through clothes Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital sketching tools Understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior Degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent) preferred 13 years experience in menswear or streetwear Awareness of the Indian market and how global trends can be localized Bonus: Styling experience, love for branding, or interest in content creation Why Join Us Youll be joining a founder-led team building something fresh, refined, and culture-forward.
