Job Description
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee development. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies and regulations. Create and promote a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment. Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development. Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, retention, engagement) and provide regular reports. ________________________________________ Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters or HR certification preferred, e.g., SHRM, PHR). 5+ years of HR generalist or managerial experience.
