Role Description: We are seeking skilled and motivated Workshop Floor Manager role actually based on-site in Gurugram at Gaadifix. The Workshop Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, plan and coordinate with staffs, customer satisfaction, prepare reports on staff performance and issues arise during operations, monitor the quality of work produced, process improvement, managing the workshop staff, conducting training sessions, optimizing workflows, managing processes and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications: Strong Communication skill Experience in Operations Management and Training Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Adaptive in Nature Strong leadership and team management skills Incredible problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Benefits: Salary: 12,000 per month Friendly and positive environment to work with.
