Job Description
You are an experienced Workday SCM Analyst with 5-8 years of experience (Subject Matter Expert/Lead level preferred) seeking to join a dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be optimizing and implementing the Workday Supply Chain Management solution for the business. Your expertise in the build phase of Workday SCM and your passion for driving supply chain operations will be instrumental in this role. Your key responsibilities will include designing and maintaining system configurations, evaluating modifications, and enhancements. You will also be responsible for completing necessary builds to support process workflows and changes, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions, driving feature release deployments, and system maintenance to meet functional requirements. Additionally, you will investigate complex issues, generate solution options, develop and deliver communications, training, and educational tools for end users, and provide after-hours and weekend support as needed for deadline-driven projects. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field. You must have proven experience with Workday SCM implementation and support, a strong understanding of supply chain workflows and system configuration, excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and training skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred skills for this role include a strong knowledge of IT systems, recent developments in software, relational databases, and system integrations. You should also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, along with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). A bonus would be having a Workday Integration certification, which would be an added advantage.
