Job Description

As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver effective solutions using Workday integration tools such as Reports, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Studio, Worksheets, and Web Services. Your functional knowledge of Core HCM and Security Modules will be crucial in supporting system configurations and enhancements. You will act as a strategic partner and advisor to the HRIT team, aligning technology solutions with business requirements and objectives. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you identify and solve complex business problems related to Workday integrations, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of the organization. Supporting project deliverables, providing insights on new Workday features, and effectively communicating project status and solutions to stakeholders are key responsibilities. You will design and implement solutions to address highly complex technical and business challenges, ensuring scalability and sustainability of all solutions. Minimum qualifications include 5+ years of experience working with Workday, with a strong focus on integration and HCM processes. Workday Certification in Integration is a must. Proficiency in Workday integration tools and functional knowledge of Core HCM and Security Modules are also required. In addition to technical skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication with stakeholders, collaborative teamwork, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential soft skills for this role.,
