Role Description The Workday Architect role is a full-time on-site position located in Chennai. The Workday Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, developing and optimizing Workday configurations, ensuring the integration of Workday solutions with other systems, and providing technical support and training to users. The architect will also work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business processes. Must Have: 1. Bachelors degree 2. Experience as below -> 7+ years in Workday, 2+ years in an architectural or lead role. -> Workday integration (EIB, Studio, Connectors, Web Services). -> Workday Security model, Business process framework, reporting, and calculated fields. 3.
