As A Performance Marketing Executive, You Will Be Responsible For Strategizing, Executing, And Optimizing Paid Ad Campaigns Across Meta Ads (Facebook And Instagram) And Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube, And Performance Max). Your Core Duties Will Include Audience Targeting, Budget Allocation, Ad Copy And Creative Coordination, Campaign Setup, Performance Tracking (Cpc, Ctr, Roas, Cpl), And A/B Testing To Maximize Roi. Youll Work Closely With The Design/Content Team To Develop Compelling Creatives And Landing Pages, Monitor Campaign Analytics, And Deliver Performance Reports With Actionable Insights, Ensuring Continuous Growth And Cost-Effective Lead Generation Or Conversions.
