The role of a WordPress Developer at our company is a full-time position located at Niwaru Road. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites and themes. Your role will involve customizing WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements, optimizing websites for performance, SEO, and responsive design, as well as troubleshooting website issues and providing technical support. You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS. Additionally, you will be expected to integrate third-party APIs and tools when necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a WordPress Developer or in a similar role. You must possess a strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, along with experience in WordPress theme and plugin development. Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or similar tools is essential. An understanding of SEO best practices, performance optimization, and version control systems like Git is also required. Experience with eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The work location is in person at Niwaru Road.
