Responsibilities: - Develop and customize WordPress themes based on client requirements, design mockups, and wireframes. - Integrate and customize plugins to enhance website functionality while ensuring compatibility and security. - Collaborate with design and content teams to implement visual and interactive elements aligning with website design. - Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility of WordPress sites. - Optimize website performance, loading times, and overall user experience. - Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WordPress functionality, theme, and plugins. - Maintain and update existing WordPress websites, including content updates and bug fixes. - Stay updated with WordPress trends, best practices, and security standards. - Assist in website migration and deployment activities. - Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members as necessary. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project completion. Requirements: - 3 to 5 years of experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects. - Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Extensive knowledge of WordPress CMS, themes, plugins, and updates. - Experience in customizing and developing WordPress themes from scratch or using frameworks. - Familiarity with popular page builders and visual composer plugins. - Understanding of website performance optimization techniques and SEO principles. - Ability to troubleshoot compatibility issues with third-party plugins and themes. - Strong grasp of security best practices for WordPress websites. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field preferred.
