Job Summary: MMT Technologies is seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Welder to join our growing team in Gadag, Karnataka. As part of our fabrication and metal works unit, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, cutting and joining metals, and creating high-quality welds for gates, railings, frames, furniture, and structural components. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutters, and other hand tools Fabricate and assemble metal structures and products as per project requirements Inspect and ensure quality control of welded joints and finished products Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a welder or fabricator (2+ years) Strong knowledge of various welding methods (MIG, TIG, ARC) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and quality workmanship Physically fit to handle welding and fabrication tasks Ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field Experience in aluminum and steel welding Knowledge of operating cutting machines, grinders, and measuring instruments Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 12 months Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: Remote,
