Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team in Khopoli. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in various welding techniques and work with metal components as per engineering drawings and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, Arc (SMAW), and Gas Welding on different metal components like steel, stainless steel, or alloys.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

Set up welding machines and tools as per project specifications.

Measure, cut, and join materials using appropriate tools and techniques.

Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure strength and appearance standards.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Coordinate with the fabrication or production team to ensure timely project completion.

Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and report any issues.

Operate tools such as grinders, cutters, and clamps as required.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in welding within a manufacturing or fabrication setup.
