Position: Wedding Co-Partner (Lead Generation) Project Type: Hybrid Location: Depending on wedding bookings and deals closed Remuneration: Revenue Sharing Note: This is not a salary-based opportunity, but a business collaboration process as a Co-Partner As a Wedding Co-Partner at Mangalyam Weddings, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our weddings and events. This opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to work on exciting projects in the wedding industry, building a brand-new legacy together. Requirements: An associate degree or equivalent experience in the field Strong individual performer and team player Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think creatively Capable of managing a team of at least 5 people Working hours: 2-3 business hours per day Openness to travel across India for weddings You will receive excellent time management, planning, and execution skills. While outside experiences will not be considered within Mangalyam Weddings and its subsidiaries, they can be used as references for knowledge.
