Job Summary We're looking for a creative and technically strong Website Developer who can design, build, and maintain clean, responsive, and performance-optimized websites from scratchwithout relying on pre-built templates. You'll bring sleek visual design to life while ensuring seamless performance across devices and browsers. Key Responsibilities Design and develop complete websites using clean, maintainable code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.). Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into responsive web pages. Ensure websites are fast, SEO-friendly, and optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Create engaging animations, transitions, and interactive elements (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, or CSS animations). Integrate contact forms, chatbots, analytics, and social media embeds where needed. Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure the brand story is reflected across all pages. Maintain and update websites post-launch, including performance optimization and content changes. Required Skills Strong knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with frameworks/libraries: TailwindCSS, Bootstrap, React.js, or plain JavaScript Familiarity with Next.js or similar SSR/SSG frameworks is a plus Strong eye for modern, minimalist UI and micro-interactions Experience with version control (Git) Understanding of SEO principles, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility Ability to convert Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs into working web pages Ability to host and deploy websites using tools like Netlify, Vercel, or traditional cPanel/FTP setups,
