About the Role

We are hiring a full-time, in-office Web Developer with strong expertise in Webflow and WordPress. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building custom websites and excellent English communication skills to coordinate with our internal design, marketing, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fully custom websites using Webflow and WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom themes)
• We can give you a short training session on Webflow as well.
• Convert Figma or custom design briefs into clean, responsive, pixel-perfect websites
• Implement SEO basics including page structure, meta tags, alt texts, and internal linking
• Set up and manage tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Work closely with the UI/UX, SEO, and marketing teams for smooth and aligned execution
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and high performance
• Communicate clearly in English during internal meetings and team discussions
• Support basic domain, hosting, and deployment processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of solid experience in Webflow and WordPress (portfolio required)
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Comfortable with custom designs (not just themes/templates)
• Basic SEO knowledge and understanding of web performance best practices
• Self-driven, responsible, and organized in project delivery

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Shopify experience or willingness to learn quickly
• Knowledge of WooCommerce, ACF, or API integrations
• Experience in hosting/domain setup and site deployments
