Job Description
Job Summary Were looking for a results-driven Web/Data Analyst to join our analytics team, supporting data-led decisions across digital campaigns and player experience optimization. While experience in the gaming/betting industry is a plus, its not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate is passionate about using data to uncover insights, improve user engagement, and drive measurable outcomes through structured testing and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of A/B testing experiments, interpreting data to evaluate performance and derive actionable insights. Translate web analytics and user engagement data into actionable insights and concise reports. Prepare and deliver regular updates and dashboards on campaign performance metrics. Work cross-functionally with game designers, marketers, and product teams to influence testing strategies and performance improvements. Work with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track user behaviour and performance KPIs. Utilize web and in-game analytics tools to track KPIs such as retention, conversion, engagement, and monetization. Translate complex data into clear, concise reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills Proficiency in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Solid understanding of A/B testing frameworks and digital marketing metrics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to clearly present findings and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree with 3+ years of experience. Experience with tag management and tracking tools is a plus (e.g., GTM).,
