Job Description
Install, service, and repair all types of water purifiers at customer locations
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues (RO, UV, UF, TDS controllers, filters, etc.)
Replace filters, membranes, motors, and electrical components as needed
Provide routine maintenance and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) support
Maintain accurate service reports and customer interaction logs
Educate customers on purifier usage, basic maintenance, and safety guidelines
Coordinate with the back-office team for service calls and appointments
- Ensure timely and professional service delivery
