You will be responsible for delegating tasks, supervising packing staff, and ensuring productivity. Additionally, you will monitor, organize, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Handling documentation, staff scheduling, and compliance with company policies are also part of the role. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse is essential. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce, along with strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
