Warehouse Packing Supervisor Homease Technologies

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Material Packing Executive. The role involves packing materials accurately and efficiently, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pack materials/products as per order specifications and company standards
2. Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of all packed goods
3. Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing
4. Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling materials
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area
6. Coordinate with store/dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment
7. Update packing records and assist in stock maintenance
8. Use basic packing tools and equipment responsibly
9. Assist in loading/unloading as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: 10th pass / SSLC / equivalent
• Prior experience in warehouse or packing preferred but not mandatory
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weights
• Basic understanding of packing materials (boxes, tapes, labels, etc.)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Attention to detail and time management skills
