Key Responsibilities: Guest Service: Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages. Order Taking: Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Ensure special requests or dietary restrictions are noted. Serving: Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Table Maintenance: Monitor and clear tables, refill drinks, and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized. Compliance & Hygiene: Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure efficient service. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Work Environment: Standing and walking for extended periods. Carrying trays with food and beverages. Interacting with diverse guests and handling high-pressure situations.,
