Designation: VP Technology Solar Cell Qualification M. Tech/ B.Tech - Chemical Engg/ Material Science/ BSc Chemistry/ M.Sc Chemistry/ BSc Physics/ MSc Physics Experience 15 ~ 20 Yrs of hands on experience in Process/ Technology development of various Solar Cell Technologies - Thin film/ Perc/ Topcon/ Topcon BC/ HJT/ PSC/ PSC Tandem etc. Strong Background in Material S and Semiconductor Physics Must have developed product/ technology for commercial market Responsible for Developing Technology Roadmap for Solar Cell , Technology Benchmark, Development of various Technologies through 3rd party technology partners/ universities, Budgeting, Timely Delivery. Conceptualizing / Pilot Testing & monitoring and Validation/ Scaling up for commercial application Process Optimization/ Cost Optimization,
