You will be hired for CNX at Gurgaon location to work in the FUSE Voice process, which involves Semi-Tech, Upselling, and Cross-Selling activities for domestic and premium voice services. Your primary requirements include excellent English communication skills and a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy as per the WBI test. Freshers who have completed CL-12 are eligible, while graduates including BE/BTech graduates are also welcome. For CL-11, graduates with at least 1 year of experience can apply. Undergraduates must have a total of 2 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year in customer service. Freshers can expect a salary of 3 LPA (In-hand 18.8k + 2.5k MIV), while experienced candidates can receive up to 4.05 LPA (Approx. 26k in-hand), along with a 20% hike on the last drawn salary and 2.5k MIV. The shift timings are 9 hours in a day shift, with the provision of one side cab and a side cab allowance of 2300.
