Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Voice Process Executive to join our dynamic team in Mumbai City. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional support through effective communication. This is a contractual position with an annual salary of 3,00,000, and we have 10 positions available.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Meet performance metrics and targets set by the management.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge related to the voice process.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a voice process or customer service role.
- Strong typing speed and proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
- Willingness to work in a rotating schedule and adapt to changing work hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
