Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components.
• Utilize Fanuc control systems to program and monitor machine operations.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on VMC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of machine operations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in operating VMC machines, with a focus on setting and turning.
• Familiarity with Fanuc control systems is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 0 to 4 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Willingness to work on-site in various locations including Other Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Bangalore Rural.
