Production of the metal part by using CNC machine Controlling and maintaining the CNC machine and its operation Supervise the machine and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result Quality assurance of the manufactured products Programming: Develop and optimize CNC programs for VMC machines using Work NC software. Tool path Optimization: Maximize machining efficiency and minimize cycle times through effective tool path strategies. Tool Selection: Select appropriate cutting tools and tool holders for each job. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control to ensure components meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
