Job Title : VMC Machine Operator/ Programmer Job Experience : 2 to 4Yrs Job Location : Bhosari, Chikhali, Pune Job Description : Set up and operate VMCs to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracy of parts. Adjust machine settings and tools as necessary to achieve required tolerances. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and best practices. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
