Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for VLSI design roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify top VLSI talent. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client requirements. Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear communication and providing feedback. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape within the VLSI and semiconductor sectors. Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation of terms and conditions, and work to secure candidate acceptance. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into their roles. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on VLSI, semiconductor, or related industries. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of VLSI design, Analog Layout, DFT, and related technical skill sets. Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source, screen, and hire top technical talent in a competitive market. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients effectively. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve recruitment challenges and think creatively to find solutions. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
