Job Summary:

The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients in the visa application process for overseas education, work, or immigration purposes. The role involves counseling students and applicants, handling documentation, ensuring compliance with visa regulations, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and clients regarding overseas education options, immigration processes, and visa requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications as per the destination country guidelines.
• Guide clients in completing documentation, including application forms, financial statements, and supporting documents.
• Stay updated with visa rules, immigration laws, and policy changes for different countries.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, or immigration authorities for application status and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress in the CRM system.
• Handle queries via phone, email, or in-person meetings and provide prompt responses.
• Achieve monthly targets related to admissions, visa approvals, or client onboarding.
• Ensure ethical and transparent communication with clients throughout the process.
