Job Description
- Educate individuals on their rights and responsibilities, including what documents or information they need to provide.
- Assist immigrant applicants in gathering and organizing necessary evidence and paperwork for visa applications.
- Represent and support immigrants with legal proceedings before courts or tribunals, immigration and customs officials, or other authorities.
- Engage in legal research on immigration issues, laws, and regulations.
- Provide immigration advice and discuss the prospects of successful visa applications.
- Regularly update knowledge on immigration regulations and laws in different countries.
