Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Counselor to join our team. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process for various countries, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients regarding tourist, business, and student visa requirements and eligibility.
- Guide clients through the visa application process, including documentation and form-filling.
- Review and verify all documents as per embassy/consulate requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations and procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, and travel partners as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all applications and follow up with clients as required.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Qualifications:
- Graduate (any discipline)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet)
- Prior experience in visa counseling or the travel industry is an advantage
