Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding the visa application process and requirements.
• Provide expert advice on documentation and eligibility criteria for various visa types.
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address client queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline the application process and improve client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on immigration policies and changes in visa regulations.
• Utilize basic computer skills to manage client databases and documentation efficiently.
• Engage in sales administration activities to promote our services and attract new clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience in counselling or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to handle documentation with attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new information.

This is a full-time position with a day schedule, and the work mode is on-site. We have 2 positions available, offering an annual salary of 1,00,000.
