We are looking for a skilled immigration counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant work experience and excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Responsibilities: Provide immigration counseling to clients who want to move to a foreign country for work, study or settlement Help clients understand the immigration laws, policies and procedures of the destination country Conduct pre-assessment of clients" eligibility for various immigration programs Advise clients on the best immigration program(s) that suits their needs and goals Prepare and submit immigration applications, forms and documents on behalf of clients Communicate with immigration authorities and agencies on behalf of clients Keep clients informed about the progress of their immigration applications Provide post-landing services, such as airport pickup, accommodation, and settlement assistance Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as counseling, psychology, international relations, or law (preferred) At least one year of relevant work experience in immigration counseling or a related field Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi (verbal and written) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office and database management systems Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: visa counseling: 1 year (Required) Location: Ferozepur, Punjab (Required) Work Location: In person,
