Job Description
This Virtual Assistant role is essential to the smooth functioning of our organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for the US clients and providing vital administrative support to our senior management team. Roles and responsibilities 1. Administrative Support : Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence to US clients. Help in folder management as per the clients requirements. This individual will help with typing up notes or reviewing notes. Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can help create standardization across document storage and contact management. 2. Confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. 3. Outsourcing experience : The candidate will have experience directly working with US Clients Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Outstanding organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Well-mannered candidate with presentable looks and etiquette Requirements - Should be a graduate 1-3years of relevant experience Knowledge of MS Office Flexibility Shift Timings 1PM 10PM Working days 5 days (Mon-Fri) Location Ahmedabad, Ashram Road.
