Video Editor - Paramporul Foundation Location: On-site (Food & Accommodation Provided) Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 (Based on Experience & Quality of Work) Experience: Minimum 3 Years Job Overview: Paramporul Foundation is seeking a skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our on-site team. Remote work options are not available for this role. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in video editing, storytelling, and post-production techniques. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring spiritual and humanitarian content to life through compelling visuals. Key Responsibilities: Edit regular videos, shorts, daily quotes videos, and annadhanam videos according to the foundations guidelines. Ensure videos align with the foundations spiritual and humanitarian vision. Create engaging and visually appealing content for YouTube (long-form videos and shorts), Instagram (reels, stories, and posts), and other social media platforms. Trim footage, add transitions, apply color corrections, and enhance audio for high-quality output. Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, color grading, and overall aesthetics. Incorporate subtitles, background music, and sound effects where necessary. Work closely with the content team to deliver videos within scheduled deadlines. Optimize content for different platforms while maintaining the highest quality. Follow strict content verification processes to ensure authenticity and alignment with the foundations mission. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and compression. Experience in editing long-form videos, shorts, and reels for social media. Ability to enhance storytelling through visuals and sound design. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
