Job Description
You will be working as a Vice Principal, collaborating with the Principal to provide leadership and support in managing the school. Your responsibilities will include working with the school governing body for overall administration, collaborating with staff for efficient operations, and developing/implementing policies and guidelines. You will address student behavior issues, enforce school rules, work with parents on student concerns, and coordinate curriculum development. Supporting teacher development, conducting classroom observations, and assisting in recruitment and retention efforts are also part of your role. Additionally, you will oversee student services, extracurricular activities, and analyze student performance data to enhance instructional strategies. Collaboration with the governing body for school goals, decision-making, and strategic planning is essential. Requirements for this role include a Master's degree with B.Ed, at least 2 years of experience as Vice Principal/Academic Coordinator/Educator, strong administration knowledge, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the New Education Policy and Curriculum Framework. Key skills needed are administrative skills, time management, communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
