We are hiring for our clients who is looking for a seasoned Senior Vice President Account Management (BFSI) to lead, build, and groom a high-performing account management team. In this strategic role, you will focus on driving growth within key BFSI customer accounts by fostering deep relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering value-added solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong track record in account management, team leadership, and scaling revenue in the BFSI sector. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Development: o Build, mentor, and lead a world-class account management team focused on driving customer success and growth. o Define and implement account management best practices, processes, and KPIs to ensure consistent performance. o Develop succession plans and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team. Account Strategy and Growth: o Define and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and deepen engagement within key BFSI accounts. o Partner with account managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the companys portfolio of solutions. o Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction to drive renewals and long-term partnerships. Customer Relationship Management: o Build strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across BFSI customer accounts. o Act as the escalation point for strategic accounts to address challenges and reinforce trust. o Collaborate with customers to align solutions with their business objectives and evolving needs. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: o Work closely with sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. o Provide feedback to product and leadership teams to influence the roadmap and ensure solutions remain competitive in the BFSI space. Business Growth and Revenue Management: o Identify new opportunities to grow wallet share in accounts o Drive account planning and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility and revenue predictability. o Meet and exceed growth targets for existing accounts, contributing significantly to the organizations overall revenue goals. o Identify and mitigate risks within accounts to ensure sustained growth and profitability. Market Insights and Thought Leadership: o Stay abreast of BFSI industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to anticipate client needs. o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote the organizations thought leadership and expertise. Qualifications Experience: o 15+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales leadership, with a strong focus on the BFSI sector. o Proven track record of growing and managing large-scale customer accounts and achieving revenue targets. o Experience in building and leading large account management teams across geographies. o Familiarity with technology solutions and services tailored for BFSI clients Skills and Competencies: o Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. o Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage with C-suite executives. o Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution and deliver measurable results. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. o Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, prioritize initiatives, and ensure profitability.,
