Job Description

You will be responsible for preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data capture. You will verify and log the receipt of data and identify the relevant information from emails and documents. Additionally, you will fix any issues with data files according to the provided guidelines. Your role will also involve transferring information from scanned files, including images, PDFs, and Microsoft files, into a specified format. You will perform high-volume data entry tasks using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software. It will be your duty to verify the integrity of the data by comparing it to the source documents, reviewing data for errors, missing pages, or any discrepancies, and resolving them efficiently. Furthermore, you will maintain a filing system to protect confidential customer information, perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, and respond to requests for data retrieval from the database or electronic filing system. This position is open only to Tamil candidates in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and is suitable for freshers. The job type is full-time and permanent with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, and life insurance.
