Job Description
As a Venue Manager at Talent Tales, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy and fast-paced hospitality environment. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of 10+ staff members, managing inventory, vendors, and daily operations, as well as upholding top-tier hygiene and SOP standards. To excel in this role, you should bring 7-12 years of experience in the QSR, Retail, Events, or Hospitality industry. You must possess strong leadership skills and crisis management abilities. Additionally, being tech-savvy with experience in POS systems, MS Office, and SAP will be advantageous. If you are an experienced Retail Store Manager or QSR General Manager looking to take on a new challenge in Bangalore, this opportunity could be ideal for you. The compensation for this position is up to 55,000 per month.
