Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Veeva Clinical Engineer / Consultant. The role involves ensuring optimal configuration and usage of the Veeva system for clinical trials and operations, maintaining and troubleshooting medical equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Were looking for a self-sufficient Veeva Clinical Engineer to lead implementation and support of Veeva Vault Clinical applicationsCTMS, eTMF & CDMS (EDC)across trial start-up, data capture, and document management activities for life sciences clients. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Veeva Vault Clinical platforms (CTMS, eTMF, CDMS/EDC).Hands -on configuration and administration of Vault workflows, forms, rules, permissions.Exper ience with system integrations, Vault quarterly upgrade processes, and root-cause troubleshooting.Excel lent verbal and written communication; able to lead workshops and training sessions.Demon strated ability to work autonomously and lead clinical system initiatives in a fast-paced regulated environment.Lead end-to-end implementation and quarterly upgrades of Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS, eTMF, CDMS), including configuration, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.Desig n and implement integrations and connections between Vault modules and external systems (e.g., EDCCDB or CTMSeTMF integrations).Gathe r, translate, and document functional requirements, and configure workflows, forms, rules, user roles, and permissions.Condu ct requirement workshops, UAT, training sessions, and manage change control and deviation documentation.Provi de ongoing governance and system support: troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, coordinate quarterly product updates.Act i ndependently as the primary technical lead, mentoring junior staff, and liaise effectively across internal teams and client stakeholders.Inter ested candidates kindly share your resume with Azmathulla.shaik@codejugar.com.,
