Job Description
You will be responsible for manual and automated validation of IDV (Intelligent Desktop Virtualization) use cases on Intel platforms, which include ADL, RPL, MTL, Arrow Lake, and future platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure that these use cases meet functionality and compliance requirements. A key aspect of your role will involve debugging and bug triage. You will be required to identify, analyze, and prioritize software bugs to assist in their resolution and ultimately enhance software quality. In order to improve testing efficiency and accuracy, you will be expected to automate manual testing processes. This will involve developing scripts and utilizing automation tools. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing test plans and reporting findings via the JIRA tool. It will be your responsibility to document objectives, procedures, and results, while also tracking issues for effective stakeholder communication. Your role will also require a strong understanding of requirements. You will need to define and develop test cases of various types, such as Sanity, Functional, API tests, Stability, Performance, and KPI tests. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing RTM (requirement traceability metrics) to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and alignment with project objectives.,
