Position: Junior Engineer Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech) Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in relevant field Responsibilities Assist in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects under the guidance of senior engineers. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with specifications, and identify potential issues. Assist in the preparation of project plans, drawings, and cost estimates. Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion. Perform quality control checks to verify the integrity and safety of construction materials and workmanship. Prepare and maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and material quantities. Assist in the resolution of technical problems and provide support to project teams as needed. Requirements Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Dip/B-Tech). Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in civil engineering or construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
