You are a talented and creative UI/UX Designer / Senior Graphic Designer who will be joining the team at Noorisys Technologies Pvt Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your skills and work on exciting projects that drive the visual identity of the company. Your responsibilities will include having a strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and animated video creation. You will be required to develop and maintain robust web-style guides for all consumer and business-facing products. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership on web design best practices and next-generation digital trends. Creating high-fidelity mock-ups for vetting and user testing, as well as delivering finished .psd files for development, will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience as a graphic designer or in a related field, along with demonstrable graphic design skills and a strong portfolio. Proficiency with desktop publishing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Quark, Illustrator, Figma, XD, and CorelDRAW is essential. You should possess a strong eye for visual composition, effective time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Being able to give and receive constructive criticism, as well as understanding marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design, will also be beneficial. Your soft skills will play a crucial role in this position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and you must be dynamic, flexible, and possess perseverance skills. An understanding of business objectives and organizational structure, a strong work ethic, trustworthiness, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity are all necessary. You should be highly collaborative, a team player committed to excellence, self-motivated, a fast learner who can operate independently, and able to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables with a mature approach. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent multitasking skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences, maintain a high level of professionalism, and uphold confidentiality are all expected from you in this role.,
