UI/UX Designer INTRODUCTION PSQUARE COMPANY is a dynamic Organization specializing in the development of simple and elegant software solutions for large enterprises. Role As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a vital role in crafting exceptional user experiences (UX) and beautiful user interfaces (UI) for our clients" SaaS products. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user journey across all touch points. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. User Interface Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. 2. User Experience Design: Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences. 3. Motion Design: Utilize motion design techniques to enhance user interactions and overall visual aesthetics. Create engaging animations and transitions that bring designs to life. 4. FIGMA Expertise: Proficient in FIGMA for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design assets. Also stay updated on the latest features and updates in FIGMA to leverage its full potential in design projects. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs from concept to implementation. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work. - Proficiency in FIGMA, along with a solid understanding of design principles and industry trends. - Strong motion design skills using tools such as Adobe after Effects or other relevant software is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative design process. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field. - Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing. - Knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
