Hiring: Ux/Ui Design Intern (Figma Expert) | Inyra Were looking for a highly skilled Figma user with a passion for interaction design, structured UI workflows, and scalable design systems. If you are comfortable working in Figma, understand its core features, and can create interactive, well-structured designs, this role is for you! Role: Interaction Design Intern (Figma Expert) Location: Remote (Preferred candidates from Pune or Bangalore) Duration: 3 Months Paid Internship Start Date: Immediate About the Role This role is for interns who already know how to work efficiently in Figma and are looking to gain hands-on experience in interaction design, prototyping, and scalable design systems. You will focus on creating UI components, structuring design systems, and building interactive prototypes while also exploring AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow. We are not expecting prior work experience, but you must have a strong grasp of Figma and its core functionalities. Key Responsibilities Advanced Figma Workflows Work with Auto Layout, Variables, and reusable Components to create structured designs. Interaction Design & Prototyping Build smooth interactive prototypes using Smart Animate and Interactive Components. Design System Development Structure UI kits, typography, colors, grids, and component libraries. AI-Powered Creativity Utilize Framer, Rive, ChatGPT, or other AI-enhanced tools to improve workflow efficiency. Collaboration & Documentation Organize Figma files systematically, ensuring smooth handoff for teams. What Were Looking For Confident Figma User You understand Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping. Portfolio showcasing UI & interaction design work Clean, structured designs with interactive elements. Strong understanding of design principles Layout, hierarchy, spacing, and consistency. Basic knowledge of AI design tools Open to using AI-powered design tools for efficiency. Attention to detail & structured thinking Ability to organize and optimize Figma files for better workflow. If you are not comfortable working in Figma yet, we encourage you to upskill and apply later. This role is for candidates who can confidently use Figma without needing basic guidance.
