Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at our company located in Phase 8b, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly digital products. Your primary responsibility will involve creating visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile applications, with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience. By conducting user research, you will gain insights into user needs and challenges, allowing you to develop wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts. Collaboration with developers and product teams will be essential to transform your designs into functional products, while continuously testing and refining based on user feedback. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, along with a solid understanding of UI/UX principles. Your ability to generate wireframes and prototypes, coupled with effective communication skills and team collaboration, will be critical in delivering high-quality designs. A fundamental grasp of user research and testing methodologies is also expected from you. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday, with morning shifts. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design.
