As a qualified candidate for the role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent experience in the industrial maintenance sector would also be considered. You must possess a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a preference for candidates who have worked in bio-fertilizer, chemical, food processing, or similar manufacturing environments. Your expertise should encompass a strong understanding of maintenance practices for mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. This includes knowledge of maintaining equipment such as boilers, HVAC systems, air compressors, water treatment facilities, and electrical distribution systems. Proficiency in software systems such as SAP, ERP, Microsoft, and analytical skills for process control and monitoring are essential for this role. Your problem-solving abilities should be top-notch, with the capability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility system failures efficiently. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations pertaining to plant operations and maintenance are crucial for this position. You should be adept at reading technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals to ensure effective maintenance procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must-have, as you will be required to collaborate effectively across various departments within the organization.,
