We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded corporate lawyers who are eager to step beyond traditional desk roles and broaden their horizons by aiding us in spearheading the offshoring of corporate legal services for Fortune 500 clients and other entities. The role will encompass international travel to destinations such as India and various other countries, as well as involvement in the recruitment, training, management, and marketing of legal practitioners located overseas. Ideal candidates will possess expertise in areas such as commercial and financial transactions, stock/asset purchase agreements, stock options, employment agreements, commercial leases, licensing agreements, and corporate due diligence requirements. General requirements that apply to all potential hires include holding a University Degree, possessing complete fluency in English both in writing and speaking, demonstrating proficiency in various computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, and web browsing, exhibiting excellent internet research abilities, and having the capacity to type in English swiftly and accurately.
