Were looking for a User Researcher who is analytical, empathetic, and curioussomeone who can translate user behavior into clear, actionable insights that help shape our products and elevate the player experience. What You'll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and more) to define and prioritize research goals. Plan and execute research studies using a variety of methodsfrom user interviews and usability tests to diary studies. Create research assets including screeners, discussion guides, and user journey maps. Recruit and schedule participants for user research activities. Analyze qualitative data and turn insights into clear recommendations for product teams. Present findings in a structured and compelling way to drive decisions and improvements. What You Bring 1+ years of hands-on experience in user research, primarily using qualitative methods. Skilled in conducting interviews, moderating usability tests, and interpreting behavioral insights. Strong communication and storytelling skillsyou can explain complex findings in simple terms. Ability to conduct thematic analysis and identify patterns across user feedback. Bonus: Exposure to quantitative methods like surveys or mixed-method studies.
